越江隧道的功能定位对其后期的工程设计有着重要的指导意义,通过对现状外环隧道的运行状况及上海市北部地区未来规划的黄浦江越江隧道交通需求分析,对区域越江隧道的功能定位提出设想。

The function of river-crossing tunnel has important guidance for its later engineering design.Based on the current traffic situation of the Outer Ring Tunnel and traffic demand analysis of the planned tunnels crossing the Huangpu River at Shanghai North Area,proposals are put forward on the function of regional river-crossing tunnels.
