农村社区教育发展路径探索——以江苏如皋市为例

An Exploration on Development Path of Rural Community Education——A Rugao City of Jiangsu Province Perspective

农村社区教育相比于城市社区教育的发展严重滞后,成为制约农民素质提高和农村社会进步的瓶颈。农村社区教育应以"整合、联合、结合"等手段在"合"字上做文章,打开自身发展的路子;抓住本地域经济文化等优势,在"特"字上做文章,创造自身发展的新亮点;把握农村社区教育发展的新趋势,在"跟"字上做文章,创出农村社区教育发展的新思路。

The development of rural community education obviously lags behind urban community education,which becomes a bottleneck of restricting the improvement of farmers＇ quality and rural society.Rural community education should take integration,union,combination and so forth as methods to do more on the word of ＂ unify＂ so as to break a path of its development.It should also take advantage of its superiority in locally regional economy and culture,and do more on the word of ＂ special＂ in order to create its own bright spots of development,as well as following the latest trends to do more on the phrase of ＂ keep pace with＂ in order to create an entirely new path for rural community education development.
