摘要
关键能力的培养是当前国内外职业教育界研究的重要领域,职业教育的关键能力培养可以分解为若干个分指标,实践证明,运用层次分析法(AHP)可以帮助我们了解关键能力体系模型中各指标的重要性,构建出各分指标对关键能力的权重,从而为我们制定关键能力培养方案提供依据。
The core competence cultivation is an important research field of the vocational education both at home and abroad.It is certified that as core competency cultivation in vocational education consists of several indexes,Analytical Hierarchy Process can be used to help us know about the importance of each index in the core competence structure,and verify the weights of each index,which will provide ground for us to formulate the core competency cultivation plan.
