摘要
Folch’s法和水解法分离提取鳖内脏提取物 ,用GC法 ,Folin酚法 ,HP 10 5 0高效液相色谱仪 ,二苯胺法 ,原子吸收分光光度法分别对脂肪酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、DNA、微量元素进行了分析和测定 ,结果表明 ,鳖内脏提取物中含有的多不饱和脂肪酸达 17 5 5 % ,蛋白质含量为 46 5 % ,精氨酸含量高 ,必需氨基酸组成合理 ,同时含有锌、铁、锰、铜、镁等微量元素 。
Internal organs extractive of Pelodiscus Sinensis was extracted by floch's method and hydrolysis .GC,lowry method,dibenzoamine method,HPLC and AAS were used to analyze the contents of fatty acids,protein,DNA,trace elements . Results showed that there are over 17 55% polyunsaturated fatty acids and 46 5% protein, The proportion of Arg is very high,Composition of essential amino acids is rational. There are many kinds of trace elements such as Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Mg et al . The potential for pharmaceutical and nutritional use is great.
