通过对档案管理工作与PDM系统的关系研究,提出电子档案的管理办法和实现途径,建立电子档案管理体系,探索解决方案和思路。建立PDM电子档案管理体系,形成相应的工作规范和标准,将有利于规范数字化条件下的档案管理工作,为企业在新形势下流程优化提供指导,加快推进企业数字化工程步伐。

Through the relationship between records management and the PDM system, this paper proposed electronic records management practices and implement ways, established an electronic records management system to explore solutions and ideas. Establishing PDM electronic records management system, forming the corresponding work norms and standards will help regulating file management work in the digital conditions, providing enterprises with guidance in process optimization under the new situation, accelerating the pace of enterprise digital engineering.
