摘要
船舶管理信息化是提高化学品船安全管理水平的一个重要措施。结合实际,对化学品船安全管理中存在的主要问题给予了介绍。分析了船舶管理信息系统(Ship Management Information System简称:SMIS)中船舶设备的维护与各种维修、检验、检查工程的安排与过程控制,设备安全状态监测与评估,油品消耗等各项功能,探讨了其对船舶安全管理的促进作用,并提出了相应建议。
Informational Ship Management is an important measure to improve the ship safety management level. The article makes an introduction of the main problems of chemical ship safety management. The functionsof SMIS that is short of Ship Management Information System which concludes maintenance, inspection, oil con- sumption and the monitoring and evaluation of equipments. It also discusses the positive meaning of Ship Manage- ment Information System in promoting ship safety management, and gives some suggestions.
