Research on Sustainable Development of Private Universities in Jiangxi Province

研究江西民办高校可持续发展对加快学校发展、繁荣高等教育有着极为重要的意义。当前,江西民办高校办学成效逐步凸显,但是仍存在办学理念模糊、办学特色不突出、过度注重招生、教师队伍建设不完善等问题。促进江西民办高校发展,要树立正确的办学理念,注重办学特色,提升教师队伍建设,繁荣校园文化。

Researching on sustainable development of private universities in Jiangxi has a very important significance in accelerating school development and prospering higher education. At present, the effectiveness of running in Jiangxi private colleges has been gradually showing up,but some problems such as the vague educational philosophy, not prominent school characteristics, excessive focusing on enrollment, imperfect of construction in teachers still exist. To promote the development of private universities in Jiangxi, we should establish a correct educational philosophy, focus on school characteristics, and enhance the level of teachers＇ team construction, and prosperity campus culture.
