As local colleges and universities has been the backbone of the local talent cultivate, it has become one of the urgent tasks for them to train a new socialist countryside construction of entrepreneurial talents. The traditional and secular concept of initiative is challenged when college students go to rural and start an undertaking which shows great significance for the talent problem breakthrough of new rural construction.
