住院患者退药原因分析及措施

Analysis of the Reason Concerning Hospitalized Patients’Drug Repercussion and Measure

目的通过对我院住院患者退药处方进行分析,寻找住院患者退药的原因,并结合我院实际制定相应的措施,以加强医师、药师的责任心,减少退药,确保药品安全、有效。方法针对我院2012年第四季度退药申请单,按不同的退药原因进行统计分析。结果医师是住院患者退药的主要原因。结论加强医院管理,避免退药。

Objective The prescriptions ofhospitaelized patients＇ drug repercussion were Collected and analyzed to investigate the reason concerning the drug repercussion. Then, according to our hospital＇s actual condition, related measures were established to strengthen physicians and pharmacists＇ responsibility, reduce the drug repercussion and guarantee safe and effective drugs use. Methods According to different causes of drug return, make statistical and analysis for the last quarter of 2012 applications for returning. Results The physician is the main cause of inpatient drug withdrawal. Conclusion To strengthen hospital management, avoid drug withdraw.
