海昆肾喜胶囊对维持性血液透析患者炎性因子的影响

Effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule on Inflammatory Factor in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究海昆肾喜胶囊对维持性血液透析患者炎性因子的影响。方法选择维持性透析患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组和对照组均行规律血液透析及常规药物治疗,治疗组加用海昆肾喜胶囊口服,两组疗程均为3个月。测定治疗前后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平,并进行比较。结果治疗后,治疗组CRP、IL-6及TNF-α较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊可降低维持性血透析患者炎性因子的水平,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展,减轻患者的并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of Haikun Shenxi capsule on inflammatory factor in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Fifty maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly assigned to treated group and control group.Patients in both groups underwent hemodialysis regularly and routine therapy, meanwhile, Haikun Shen capsule were additiolally given to the patients in the treated group orally, 3 months as 1 treatment course. High sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）, interleukin-6（IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor- a （TNF-a） in 2 groups were observed. Resuits Hs-CRP, TNF-a, IL-6 were lower than in control group after treatment（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Haikun Shenxi capsule can positively reduce inflammatory factor in maintenance hemodialysis patients and delay the progress of chronic kidney function failure,thus reduce the cimpliations of patients.
