急诊内科昏迷患者的临床诊治分析

Analyse of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Coma in Emergency Medicine

目的观察我院急诊内科昏迷患者治疗过程,分析临床诊断治疗效果。方法回顾我院急诊内科收治的238例患者资料,分析昏迷患者的病因构成和总结早期诊断处理的经验体会。结果 238例患者中,急性中毒75例,脑血管疾病112例,肺栓塞36例,其他病因15例,采取相应急救措施后,198例患者意识完全恢复;37例患者意识恢复良好,偶尔神智模糊;3例患者死亡。抢救总成功率为98.7%,治疗效果优良。结论尽快诊断病因和对症治疗是抢救昏迷患者的重要措施,对提高抢救成功率、降低病死率具有重要临床意义。

Objective To observe treatment process of coma patients in emergency medical in our hospital, to analyze the effects of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 238 patients in emergency medicine in our hospital were studied, analyze the constitute for cause in the coma patients and summary the experience of the early diagnosis and treatment. Results Of the 238 patients, 75 cases with acute poisoning, 112 cases with cerebrovascular disease,36 cases with pulmonary embolism, and 15 eases with other causes, after taking the appropriate first-aid measures,198 patients＇ consciousness fully restored.37 patients＇ consciousness recovered well, and occasionally vague theosophy.3 patients died. The overall success rate for rescue was 98.7%, the treatment effect was excellent. Conclusion Diagnose the cause and symptomatic treatment as soon as possible is an important measure to rescue comatose patients.It has important clinical significance to improve the success rate and reduce mortality.
