舒适护理在肛门直肠疾病手术中的应用效果观察

Effect of Comfort Care in Anorectal Disease Surgery

目的探讨舒适护理方式在肛门直肠疾病手术中的实际应用及临床价值。方法选择我院于2011年2月至2012年4月在我院接受肛门直肠疾病手术的患者90例作为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,然后对比护理效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后经护理结果显示观察组患者的并发症率为4.44%(2/45)、护理满意度为97.78%(44/45),显著优于对照组的并发症率15.56%(7/45)、护理满意度80.00%(33/45),差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用舒适护理方式对肛门直肠手术进行干预,能够明显降低并发症的发生、提高患者的护理满意度,对于保证手术疗效、促进预后具有十分重要的作用。

Objective To explore the clinical value and application of comfort nursing in operation for anorectal diseases. Methods In our hospital in 2011 February -2012 year in April to accept the anorectal disease operation in our hospital 90 patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group in the conventional nursing care to comfort, and then compared the nursing effect. Results All patients were successfully completed the operation, postoperative nursing after the result showed that the observation group patients complication rate was 4.44% （2/45）, nursing satisfaction was 97.78%（44/45）, was significantly better than the control group, the complication rate was 15.56% （7/45）,80% （33/45）, nursing satisfaction had significant difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The comfortable nursing intervention on anorectal operation, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, to ensure the operation effect, has a very important role in promoting the prognosis.
