鞘氨醇激酶在胃癌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 鞘氨醇激酶(SphK)是鞘脂代谢酶,已发现有SphKl和SphK2两种异构体。SphK1在包括胃癌在内的多肿瘤中表达增加,能促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移,并参与了肿瘤血管的形成,而且可能在肿瘤化疗耐药中起重要作用。目前,针对SphK2的研究结果虽不一致,但多偏向于SphK2促进肿瘤细胞增殖并抑制凋亡,也参与肿瘤的发生和发展。调控SphK有望成为包括胃癌在内的肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
