细节护理在重型脑伤昏迷患者中的应用效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Detailed Care on Severe Brain Injury Coma

目的探讨细节护理在重型脑伤昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法将本院68例重型脑伤昏迷患者随机分为对照组和观察组,均给予常规护理,仅观察组加用细节护理;分析两组的意识恢复疗效,入院前、1个月后的神经功能恢复情况(格拉斯哥昏迷GCS评分)并记录常见并发症。结果观察组的意识恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),入院后的GCS评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);肌肉萎缩、关节畸形、角膜炎、口腔溃疡及口腔溃疡的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重型脑伤昏迷患者中实施细节护理的效果较好,促进了意识和神经功能恢复,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of detailed care on severe brain injury coma. Methods 68 cases with severe brain injury coma were randomly divided into Control group （routine care） and Observed group （detailed care）.The efficacy of consciousness recovery, GCS before admission and 1 st month after admission as well as the common complications were compared between groups. Results The efficacy rates of consciousness recovery and GCS in Observed group were higher than that of Control group. The Observed group＇s incidence rates of muscle atrophy, joint deformity, keratitis, oral ulcers and oral ulcers in muscle atrophy, joint deformity, keratitis, oral ulcers and oral ulcers were lower than the control group （P〈0.051）. Conclusions The effect of detailed care on severe brain injury coma was better.
