摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇治疗效果及其相关影响因素,为进一步对做好米索前列醇应用工作提供科学依据。方法以我院就诊的产科住院的产妇98例为研究对象,通过对米索前列醇预防产后止血的临床观察。结果米索前列醇止血影响因素与感染、不良分娩史、宫内残留、多次人工流产史,及女性内分泌紊乱有关系。结论针对米索前列醇治疗效果及其相关影响因素加强临床治疗工作是预防和控制孕妇预防产后出血的重要内容。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of misoprostol precedent factors and related effects of alcohol, to fitrther provide scientific basis for application of misoprostol before alcohol.. Method Hospitalized in our hospital and 98 patients as the research object, through the clinical observation of misoprostol on prevention of postpartum bleeding time of alcohol. Results the misoprostol precedent alcohol hemostatic factors and infection, adverse pregnancy, intrauterine residue, repeated abortion history, relationship and the female endocrine disorders. Conclusion Strengthening the clinical treatment factors in therapeutic effect of misoprostol before alcohol and related effects of prevention and control of pregnant women is important contents of preventing postpartum hemorrhage.
