卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗57例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效观察

Observation of Captopril and Nifedipine in Treating 57 Patients with Hypertensive Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察研究2型糖尿病合并高血压运用卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗的疗效。方法选取某院内分泌科2010~2011年114例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,对照组实施常规降糖治疗并使用卡托普利,实验组在降糖基础上,采用卡托普利与硝苯地平联合疗法。治疗后通过比较两组的血压、血糖、尿蛋白及肌酐水平情况来进行疗效评价。结果实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,并且结果具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压具有临床效果优良、疗效稳定、药价低廉的特点,并且大大减少了不良反应和毒副作用的发生,具有良好的临床普及前景。

Objective To observe the effect of hypertension with captopril nifedipine therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Choose a hospital department of Endocrinology 2010-2011 114 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension patients as research object, the control group received the routine antidiabetic treatment and the use of Kato Pury, the experimental group on hypoglycemic basis, using Kato Pury combined with nifedipine therapy. Aider treatment, compared with two groups of blood pressure, blood glucose, urine protein and creatinine level to evaluate the curative effect. Results In the experimental group, the total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of captopril nifedipine has excellent curative effect, low price, stable characteristics in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension, and reduce the adverse reactions and side effects, has a good clinical popularization and prospect.
