摘要
普查 30 0 0例 14～ 18岁男性学生 ,发现 32例精索静脉曲张者 ,与随机抽取的 32例正常对照者进行精液质量比较分析。结果 :精索静脉曲张组与正常对照组的精液量、精子计数、活力、畸形率等比较均无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ;不同程度精索静脉曲张组间的上述指标亦无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。认为青少年期精索静脉曲张对精液质量尚无明显影响 ,不足以成为手术治疗的证据。
The semen qualities of 32 cases of varicoceles was analyzed,and comparied with that of 32 normal boys choiced at random Results showed that semen volume,sperm count,motility and morphology in varicocele boys were not different from that in control group(P>0 05) No differences were observed in values among different degree of varicocele boys(P>0 05) We conclude varicocele in the adolescent has no significant effects on semen quality and can't be an independent predictive factor for varicocelectomy
