三种精索静脉曲张治疗方法的评价

对 2 44例精索静脉曲张患者采用三种不同方法治疗。其中高位结扎成功率为 76 .4% ,逆行栓塞为90 .5 % ,顺行栓塞为 93.3%。后两种栓塞法优于结扎法 ,两种栓塞对比无差异。结扎复发的原因为术中漏扎。
