浅谈NICU儿科病房如何开展人性化服务 被引量：2

摘要 人性化服务是主要是以尊重患者的价值、尊严、个人隐私和人格为核心,使患者真正感受到方便、舒适和满意的人性氛围,为患者营造一个舒适的就医环境,也是一种实践人性化、人道化护理服务的行为和规范[1,2]。更加深入地阐述了＂以患者为中心＂的护理模式,能够促进护理事业迅速发展至今所产生新的不同效应,也是护理人员对患儿以及家长各方面需求的升华。NICU重症监护病房所直接面对的是危重病儿,它是一个比较独立的科室,可对危重患儿应用电子化,自动化先进仪器进行连续动态监护,随时了解病情变化及严重程度,
