摘要
认知语言学为很多生僻的语言现象提供了具有说服力的解释,也为英语教学提供了重要的理论指导。本文着重从应用的角度讨论了认知转喻理论在研究生英语教学中的识解。文章指出在研究生英语教学中介绍认知转喻理论对于提高研究生的英语应用能力具有举足轻重的作用。
Cognitive linguistics provides many uncommon language phenomenon with persuasive explanation, also provides an important theoretical guidance for English teaching. This paper, from the perspective of application of cognitive metonymies, deals with the construal of metonymies in English teaching for postgraduates. The article points out that it cannot be ignored to help construal cognitive metonymies in English teaching for postgraduates, to improve postgraduates' abilities in using English.
