立足地方文化资源的高职实践德育模式创新

Innovation Mode of Practical Moral Education at Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Local Cultural Resource

地方文化作为中华民族传统历史文化中具有地域特征的文化形态,是高职院校德育的文化环境和教育资源。改变高职院校德育低效的状况,要遵循德育的本质特征——实践性规律,遵循职业院校人才培养的实践性、开放性、地方性特征,挖掘和利用地方德育文化资源,将德育模式创新作为提高德育实效和人才培养质量的重要突破口。结合顺德职业技术学院的探索和实践,文章试图探讨高职院校立足地方文化资源,创新实践德育模式的意义和策略。

As a Chinese traditional culture, local culture with its regional characteristic is the cultural environment and educational resource of moral education at higher vocational colleges. In order to change the low-efficiency condition of current moral education at vocational colleges, it is essential to follow the intrinsic rules of moral education, to abide by the practical, opening-up and regional characteristics, to explore and utilize local cultural resource. Innovation of moral education mode should be carried out as a breakthrough to boost the moral education and talents-cultivation quality. Combined with the research applying in Shunde Polytechnic, the significance and strategies of moral education innovation are explored based on local cultural resource at vocational colleges.
