摘要
目的 应用放射性核素内乳淋巴结闪烁显像验证内乳野的合理性。方法 应用放射性核素内乳淋巴结闪烁显像检测 72例拟行术后放射治疗的病例 ,测出每例显影淋巴结距中线的宽度和距体表的深度 ,分析检测结果与照射野的一致性。结果 左侧的宽度是 (2 .78± 0 .6 0 )cm ,最大值为4.80cm ,最小值为 1.5 0cm ;右侧的宽度是 (2 .71± 0 .6 1)cm ,最大值为 4.2 4cm ,最小值为 1.2 0cm ;深度是 (2 .73± 0 .6 4)cm ,最大值为 5 .93cm ,最小值为 1.36cm。深度和宽度都适宜的病例仅占 16 .7%。
Objective To evaluate the significance of internal mammary field in radiotherapy for breast cancer by using lymphoscintigraphy. Methods From Oct. 1997 to May 1999, 72 breast cancer patients were studied by internal mammary lymphoscintigraphy(IMLS) prior to radiotherapy. The width and depth of internal mammary lymph nodes was performed by IMLS as compared to the routine internal mammary chain field. Results According to the lymphoscintigraphy,the width on the left side was 2.78±0.60?cm , range of 1.50?cm and 4.80?cm . The width on the right side was 2.71±0.61?cm, ranging from 1.20?cm to 4.25?cm. The depth was 2.73±0.64?cm , with a range of 1.36?cm to 5.93?cm. Only in 12/72(16.7%) patients, the routine fields were suitable to the width and depth of internal mammary lymph nodes. Conclusion The internal mammary field in radiotherapy for breast cancer should be optimized by IMLS.
