摘要
目的 :探讨肠乐得冲剂的制备工艺。方法 :以药效学实验、盐酸小檗碱的含量和浸膏得率为指标 ,采用正交试验法。结果 :最佳工艺为水煎法 ,提取时间 1.5h ,提取次数 2次 ,加水量 10倍。结论
Objective:To study the preparation process of Changlede Granules. Methods: The process was studied by orthogonal design with pharmacodynamic experiment, the content of berberine hydrochloride and the yield of extract as the detective markers. Results: The optimum process is water decoction method: adding 10 times amount of water, decocting for 2 times, 1.5h each time. Conclusion: This process is feasible and high efficient.
