薄层扫描法测定胆清片中大黄素的含量

Content Determination of Emodin in Danqing Tablet by TLC scanning

目的 :控制胆清片的质量。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法对胆清片中大黄素进行含量测定。结果 :大黄素在 0 .34- 1.70 μg范围内有良好线性关系 ,回收率为 98.3% ,RSD =1.8%。 结论 :方法简单、准确。

Objective:To control the quality of Danqing Tablets. Methods:The content of emodin was determined by TLC scanning.Results:There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0.34-1.70μg for emodin (r= 0.9986). The recovery was 98.3% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%.Conclusions:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
