Based on investigation of ＂significant statistical evidence in similarities＂ in answers to Single-choice Items among candidates＇ answer sheets, a modal is established to detect their similarities, and then their performance on Single：choice Items is analyzed. Factual data of examinations is adopted. It＇ s proved that this method is practical and efficient.
