生态水工学的哲学思考

作为一门正处在探索和发展阶段的新兴学科,生态水利工程学在理论上还有所欠缺。本文通过对该学科的发展历程及其时代背景的分析提出了现阶段该学科的一些不足之处:工程评估难、工程目标不明确等。并从哲学角度提出了对应的指导性的宏观建议:生态工程不应仅局限于生态修复,还应该让它的设计思想随社会文明程度而变化,并且应该充分考虑人类的活动因素,使工程融入人类社会。

Eco - hydraulic engineering, as a developing and emerging discipline, remains deficient in theories. By analyzing the development process and historical background of this subject, the article presents several shortcomings of eco - hydraulic engineering： difficult assessment, unclear objectives, and obvious peculiarities. Moreover, this article provides corresponding and guiding principles from philosophical perspective ： ecological hydraulic engineering should not be restricted to ecological restoration; furthermore, the impacts of human activities should be taken into account in the design philosophy, which should be adjusted in accordance with civilization to integrate engineering with human society.
