摘要
平行军事体系的建立与运作不仅仅是一个技术上的问题,也是一个哲学上的问题。文章从后一方面着手,探讨平行军事体系的哲学内涵,指出了人工军事组织及系统与实际军事组织及系统"等价"的困难,以及平行军事体系的应用限制。
The construction and working of Parallel Military System is not only a technological but also a philosophical problem. This paper focuses on the latter aspect, exploring the philosophical meaning of PMS, proposing the difficulties of equivalence relation of artificial military organizations and systems and actual ones, and stating that there should be boundaries when applying PMS.
