摘要
网络空间已经成为第五作战域,各国军队非常重视网络战的战略研究和部队建设,文章在介绍外军网络战的发展战略和部队建设现状的基础上,分析总结了外军在网络战上的发展战略和部队建设特点,并针对我军信息化建设需求,提出建议。
The cyberspace has become the 5th battlefield, and many countries＇ military paid attention to development of Cyberspaee security strategy and Cyber-war troops. Based on the status quo of Cyberspace security strategy and Cyberwar troops of foreign military is introduced, we summarize characteristics of Cyberspaee security strategy and Cyber-war troops of foreign military. Then in allusion to the requirements of improvement of information for PLA, suggestions of developing Cyberspace security strategy and Cyber-war troops are put forward.
