摘要
科主任在科室中既是学科带头人 ,又是科室的管理者。作为科主任的职责应当是在院领导的领导下 ,负责科室的组织、计划、监督、总体规划 ,并搞好专科技术建设 ,加强思想工作和经营管理等。其权力有医疗指挥权、技术使用和发展决策权、人员使用权、经营管理权等。因此 ,科主任的思想品德应有责任感、使命感、廉洁行医、心理健康、技术水平高、有管理和组织及协调能力等。其工作方法是 :目标明确、依法治科、强化质量、重点突出 ,并加强计划和人才管理 ,注重人际关系。
Department directors are both academic leaders and managers of their departments. It is their duty to oversee, under the leadership of the hospital leaders, the organization, planning, supervision and overall program of the departments, do a good job in specialty construction and strengthen ideological work and management control. Their powers include those of medical command, decision on the application and development of techniques, personnel employment and management control. For this reason, department directors should be people characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and mission, honesty in their medical practice, psychological health, high expertise and capabilities for management, organization and coordination. Having explicit goals, running the departments by law, strengthening quality, making the key points stand out, laying emphasis on planning and talent management and paying attention to interpersonal relationships are among the working methods they should adopt.
