液体动静压轴承的油腔结构特性分析

摘要 动静压轴承的承载性能主要由轴承的动压、静压混合效应决定,而不同的油腔结构又影响着动静压的混合效应。因此,本文在动静压轴承的特性分析上主要从动静压轴承的油腔结构入手,以FLUENT为工具,着重分析了方形油腔、三角形油腔和圆形油腔对轴承承载特性的影响,进而为动静压轴承结构设计提供理论参考。 The bearing capacity of the hybrid bearing is mainly determined by the mixed effect of dynamic and static pressures, which is influenced by oil cavity structure. Therefore, using FLUENT, this paper analyzed the properties of the hybrid bearing considering the oil cavity structure. The types of cavities were studied emphatically, i.e., square, triangle and circular oil cavities, providing theoretical reference for the design of structure.
