摘要
本文针对兴隆变远动系统运行不稳定的现状,详细分析了系统存在的问题,并提出严密可行的改造方案,重点阐述了工程实施步骤,且对新系统的特点及运行状况进行了总结,可为老站远动改造提供参考。
The problems are analyzed according to the unstable status of telecontrol system, and the viable rehabilitation programs is give out. The implementation of the project steps is focused on, and then the characteristics and operating conditions of the new system is summarized. It can be reference for the transformation in old substations.
