摘要 目的探讨DOPA-壳聚糖海绵的基本性能及其作为生物止血材料的安全性。方法通过吸水率、干燥失重率和黏度试验考察DOPA-壳聚糖海绵的基本性能,并通过体内埋植法测定海绵的降解率,以急性毒性实验和细胞毒性试验对其安全性做出评价。结果海绵敷料的平均吸水率是40.07倍,平均干燥失重率是1.35%,黏度为6 606.7 mPa.s。该止血海绵第4周已降解了38.3%;细胞在浸提液中生长正常,毒性级别为0级;受试小鼠毛色光洁,活动、饮食和二便正常。结论该止血海绵性能良好,具有一定的降解性,无细胞毒性和急性毒性。 Objective Our study was to evaluate the safety and propertiesof DOPA-chitosan,a hemostatic sponge.Methods Investigated the basic propertiesof DOPA-chitosan sponge by absorption capability,drying loss rate,viscosity test.Test the degradability of the hemostatic sponge by implantation in vivo;Assess its safty by testing systemic acute toxicity and cyctotoxicity.Results The absorption capability of hemostatic sponge was 47.07% and drying loss rate was 1.35%,viscosity was 6606.7 mPa.s.The hemostatic sponge degradation rate was 38.3% four weeks postoperatively.Theleaching solution present no significant inhibition in proliferation.All mice survived,proved that leaching liquor has no systemic acute toxicity and irritation.Conclusions This study indicatedthat the hemostatic sponge was a safe medical biomaterial for it present no systemic acute toxicity and cyctotoxicity,possessing good absorption capability and degradability.
