保留尿道前列腺切除同期行腹股沟疝修补术11例报告

Prostatectomy but Preserve Urethra and repairinguinal hernia:a report for 11 cases

目的评价在良性前列腺增生(BPH)开放手术的同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术的疗效。方法 11例伴有可复性腹股沟疝的BPH患者,取耻骨上纵行切口,在盆腔内先行腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术,然后按照常规方法行耻骨后保留前列腺摘除术。结果 11例均随访,随访时间为3个月～29个月,无疝复发和并发症出现。结论在BPH行耻骨后保留尿道前列腺摘除术同时行经腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术是可行的,手术方法简单,效果肯定,对老年患者更有意义。

Objective To evaluate thecurative effectof prostatectomy and perpertioneal inguinal herniorrhaphy.Methods The 11 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and inguinal hernia received preperitioneal inguinal herniorrhaphy and prostatectomy but preserveurethra.Results None recurrence and complications was observed during the 3 to 29months＇ follow up for the 11 patients.Conclusions Prostatectomy but preserveurethra and preperitioneal inguinal herniorrhaphy was feasible for patients with BPH combained inguinal hernia.And it＇s sample in method,positive in curative effect,so especially suitable for older patients.
