摘要 目的探讨超声引导下的Encor系统在微创切除乳腺良性肿块中的应用价值。方法对103例单发或多发乳腺肿块的育龄妇女进行超声引导下Encor系统微创旋切术。结果所有肿块均完全成功切除。术后发生血肿2例,穿刺引流后逐渐吸收;不典型增生及乳腺癌患者进行乳腺区段及淋巴结清扫术,术后随访均愈合良好,未发现复发。结论超声引导下Encor系统微创旋切术切除0.3~3.5 cm的乳腺肿块具有安全、美观、精确、高效、创伤小等特点,应大力推广。 Objective To explore the clinical value of applicate Ultrasound-guided Encor system in minimally invasive surgery for benign breast lump resection.Methods There were103 fertile womanwith single or multiple breast lumps received minimally invasive surgeryunder the guidence of Encor system.Results All lumps were removed successfully.Only two patients suffered hematoma after surgery,but hematomas were absorbed after puncture and drainage;No palindromia among patients with atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer received extralymph node dissection.Conclusions Encor system had significant advantages for patients with breast lump ranged from 0.3cm to 3.5cm diameter.
