齐齐哈尔市社区老年痴呆症现状及策略研究

The statusand coping strategies for senile dementia in community of Qigihar city

目的了解齐齐哈尔市社区老年痴呆症的现状,探索老年痴呆症纳入社区卫生服务管理中的具体方法和策略。方法采用自行设计的调查表调查对辖区内所有老年痴呆病人进行调查,调查其基本情况及其看护者的具体情况。结果发现老年痴呆症患者女性多于男性,年龄越大患病率越高,文化程度越低患病率越高,有家族史的患病率明显高于无家族史人群;看护者具有年龄大、文化水平低、多数未能掌握护理常识的特点。结论必须加强老年痴呆病人的社区管理模式,提出具体应对策略,最终提高老年痴呆病人的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status of senile dementia in community inQigihar,exploring the method and strategy that bring the Alzheimer＇s disease into the community health service management.Methods A questionnaire survey was designed to investigate all the senile dementia patients within the jurisdiction about the basic situation of patients and their caregivers。Results It＇s present that there were more female senile dementia than men,the morbidity rate increased as age rised,and decreased as the degree of educationdescend,family history of senile dementia increase the morbidity rate.Caregivers were aging,low literacy,failed to master nursing knowledge.Conclusions We must strengthen the community management mode for senile dementia patients,improving the life quality for patients with senile dementia.
