情景模拟急救演练提高急诊护士综合能力的实践与体会

Practice and experience ofscene simulation of emergency drills on improving comprehensive ability ofemergency nurse

目的提高急诊护士的急诊能力。方法急诊科急救小组有针对、有计划地对全科护士进行急救相关的理论知识及操作技能培训,并设立几个模拟病例进行考核。结果通过培训,护士的应急能力、急救技术明显提高。结论通过实践,认为该模式很有必要每年集中人员、集中时间对全科成员进行培训,提高急诊科护士的整体业务素质,提高病人满意度及抢救急危重症病人的成功率。

Objective Improve theurgent ability of emergency nurse.Methods All nurse in emergency department were trained with emergency treatment corrlatedspeculative knowledge and operation skillspertinently and designedly,and were tested through several cases.Results Nurses those who get trained were significantly improved on urgent ability and operation skills.Conclusions It is necessary for nurses to get trained every year to improv the abilities of all nurses and raise the satisfactory rate and the mission success rateof rescue critically ill patients.
