艾灸涌泉穴治疗高血压的临床护理

Clinical nursing for hypertension patientsreceived Yongquan acupoint moxibustion

目的总结艾灸涌泉穴治疗高血压的疗效和护理。方法回顾性分析我科自2010年12月至2013年2月对60例高血压患者在常规药物治疗基础上采用艾灸涌泉穴的治疗和护理。结果患者接受艾灸涌泉穴前后各时点平均收缩压、舒张压比较,收缩压平均下降约10 mm Hg,舒张压平均下降约6 mmHg(P<0.01)。结论艾灸涌泉穴治疗高血压降压疗效显著,起效快,不良反应少。

Objective To explorethe effect of Yongquan acupoint moxibustion onhypertensiontherapy and nursing Methods Retrospectively analyzethe curative effect onhypertension therapyfor 60 patients who received Yongquan acupoint moxibustion on the basis of routine medical therapyduring December 2010 and February 2013.Results Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure for patients who received Yongquan point moxibustion were significantly decreased,and it ＇s about 10mmHg and 6mmHgseperatlly（P 0.01）.Conclusions Yongquan acupoint moxibustion had a remarkablecurative effect on hypertension therapy,reactrapidlyandless adverse reaction.
