棉织物一浴法在位生成银抗菌整理 被引量:2

摘要 采用在位还原法对棉织物进行银抗菌整理。通过还原剂和还原处理工艺的优化选择,制定了棉织物在位生成银一浴法抗菌整理浸轧和浸渍工艺。经优化的浸轧法或浸渍法都能使整理品获得较高的银含量,耐洗牢度较好,整理品白度仅稍有下降,手感几乎没有影响。采用浸渍工艺,当整理品银含量为103μg/g时,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可以达到99.99%;当整理液银含量约为50 mg/L,浸渍-汽蒸工艺整理品经50次洗涤后银含量为112μg/g,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍能达到99.99%。 Antibacterial activity is introduced to cotton fabrics through in-situ reduction of silver ions. The optimum one-bath pad- ding process and impregnating process are obtained by selection of reducing agent and reducing process. The finished fabrics with the above processes both feature high silver content, acceptable washing durability, slightly decreased whiteness and nearly unchanged handle. Using impregnating process, the inhibition of the colony count of S. aureus is up to 99.99% when the silver content on the finished cotton fabric is about 103 ixg/g, When the concentration of the silver in finishing solution is about 50 mg/L, the silver content of the cotton fabric finished with impregnating-steaming process is about 112 μg/g after 50 times laundering, and the inhibition of the colony count of E. coli and S. aureus still remains 99.99%.
