摘要
分析了涤纶长丝和竹棉混纺纱交织提花面料前处理、染色和后整理工艺过程,针对纤维素纤维潜在醛基对染色的影响和分散染料热迁移造成色牢度下降,提出加入螯合分散剂和防染盐S,以提高分散染料染色的稳定性和重现性。整理时可选用嵌段型氨基硅柔软剂,拉幅整理温度120℃,即使织物手感柔软,同时避免分散染料的热迁移和敏感色活性染料的色变。
The pretreatment, dyeing and finishing processes of bamboo/cotton blended yarn and polyester filament jacquard fabrics are analyzed. Aiming at the dyeing problems caused by the potential aldehyde group and the decline of color fastness due to the thermal migration of disperse dyes, the addition of chelating dispersant and resist salt S can effectively improve the stability and reproducibility of disperse dyeing. Stentering at 120 ~C after padding with block type amino silicone softener is ben- eficial to achieving soft handle and avoiding thermal migration of disperse dye and discoloration of sensitive reactive dyes.
