摘要
采用低碱型DH活性染料,对棉织物进行高温(80℃)低碱染色。探讨了元明粉用量、染色温度、纯碱用量、染色时间等对K/S值的影响;采用正交试验优化了染色工艺,即浴比1∶20,纯碱3 g/L,元明粉80 g/L,80℃固色40 min。结果表明,低碱型活性染料染色工艺得色量高,染色效果与传统低温高碱工艺相当;纯碱用量少,仅为传统活性染料染色工艺的1/8,工艺简单,省水省时。
Low alkali DH reactive dyes are applied to cotton dyeing at 80 ℃. The influences of dosages of sodium sulphate and sodium carbonate, dyeing temperature and time on K/S value are discussed. The optimum dyeing process is determined with orthogonal experiments as follows: liquor ratio l : 20, sodium carbonate 3 g/L, sodium sulphate 80 g/L, fixation at 80 ℃ for40 min. Compared with traditional reactive dyeing process, the low alkali process features higher color yield, similar color fastness, and reduced sodium carbonate dosaqe with only 1/8 of the former, and it is a simple Process and can save water and time.
