组织沉默行为研究——基于中国历史典故的视角

The Research of Organizational Silence Behaviors——Based on Chinese Historic Cases Study

摘要 组织沉默行为主要反映的是员工对组织的沉默行为,这种现象在管理实践中十分普遍,严重者会制约组织的和谐与发展。本文对组织沉默行为的概念、原因和分类进行了分析,通过剖析"中国式"的历史典故,引出了组织沉默行为对员工、管理者和组织的影响。在此基础上归纳出中国情境员工组织沉默行为作用模型,并相应提出了三项应对措施。 Organizational silence behaviors responses employees' silence behaviors generally.They became popular and often restrict gravely the harmoniousness and the development of organizations.The paper analyzed the concept,reasons and sorts of organizational silence behaviors.By analyzing some typical Chinese historic cases,the paper leaded to research the effect to employees,managers and organizations.At last,we proposed the Organizational Silence Behaviors Model in China,and proposed three corresponding responses to organizational silence behaviors.
