近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展和计算机网络技术的不断进步,国内网民数量不断增加,尤其是高校学生应用网络的行为更加的频繁。然实践中因缺乏有效的监督管理,高校网络犯罪案件层出不穷,因网络信息的虚假传播而造成的群体性事件屡见不鲜,所以迫切对网络应用加强管理,实行实名制。本文将对高校网络实名制应用现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以供参考。

However, the lack of effective supervision and management for practice, the network crime cases emerge in an endless stream, group events caused by false information in the communication network it is often seen., so urgent to strengthen the management of network application, the real- name system. This paper will analyze high campus network real-name system application status, and puts forward some constructive suggestions, for reference.
