A - SMGCS system is the realization of atc system ground control, air defense integration control system of important tool, is of great significance to the current air traffic management. A - SMGCS system in air traffic control system are analyzed in this paper the fumction and its interoperability with atc system with the characteristics of collaborative decision making, expounds its status in modem air traffic control system, and combining with the examples of its application is discussed.
