摘要
在参考文献的基础上,成功地合成出性能优良的卡波姆产品。通过扫描电镜(SEM),首次观察了卡波姆水凝胶的微观结构,并考察了交联剂用量对水凝胶交联密度的影响。结果表明,随着交联剂用量的增加,卡波姆的交联密度逐渐增大,当交联剂用量达到2.0%时,卡波姆不能在水中完全溶胀。
In this paper, we synthesized carbomer successfully by referring to literatures. The microstructure of carbomer hydrogel was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), and the influence of the dosage of cross-linking agent on the hydrogel properties was investigated. The results show that the crosslink density of the carbomer hydrogel increases with increasing the amount of cross-linking agent, when the amount of the cross-linking agent reaches 2.0 %, carbomer can not be completely swellable in water.
