中西医结合对小儿肺炎热、咳、痰、喘四主症消失时间的影响

Effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on the main symptom disappearing time of infantile pneumonia fever,cough,phlegm and panting

目的观察中西医结合对小儿肺炎热、咳、痰、喘四主症及肺部湿啰音消失时间的影响。方法 75例肺炎患儿,随机分为基础组、内治组和内外合治组,各25例,基础组给予抗菌、吸痰、给氧、退热等常规治疗;内治组在基础组治疗基础上配合中医内治;内外合治组除以上治疗外,再给以"小儿敷贴粉"穴位贴敷治疗。结果内治组、内外合治组在肺部湿啰音消失时间方面均较基础组少(P<0.05),说明配合中药治疗小儿肺炎,有利于肺部湿啰音的消失。在痰鸣及发热方面,组间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。内外合治组与基础组咳嗽方面比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗有利于小儿肺炎咳嗽及肺部湿啰音的消失。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the disappearing time of pediatric pneumonia cough, phlegm, heat, panting and pulmonary tales. Methods 75 cases of pneumonia were evenly randomized into basic treatment group, internal treatment group, and internal and external treatment group, 25 cases in each group. The basic treatment group was given antibacterial, sputum suc- tion, oxygen, fever clearance and other conventional treatment ; internal treatment group on the basis of basic treat- ment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine; internal and external treatment group in addition to the a- bove treatment was added with children＇ s application powder. Results Disappearing time of lung rales in internal treatment group, internal and external treatment group was shorter than that in basic treatment group （ P〈0.05 ）, showing Chinese medicine treatment benefitted pulmonary rales to disappear. In the aspects of sputum, fever, com- parison, there were no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）. In the aspect of cough, the difference between internal and external treatment group and basic treatment group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inte- grated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine contributes to disappearing of pulmonary rales and cough for children with pneumonia.
