健脾开胃饮治疗脾虚型泄泻(迁延性腹泻)30例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of 30 cases of spleen deficiency diarrhea treated with Jianpi Kaiwei Yin

目的观察健脾开胃饮治疗脾虚型泄泻(迁延性腹泻)的临床疗效。方法将2008年10月至2013年4月东莞市中医院儿科及脾胃病科门诊、住院收集的60例符合小儿脾虚型泄泻纳入标准的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组予口服健脾开胃饮半支,1日3次,疗程为10 d;对照组予口服思连康1粒,1日3次,疗程为10 d。对比观察2组治疗前后临床症状、体征的改变。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组76.7%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾开胃饮治疗脾虚型泄泻(迁延性腹泻)有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpikaiweiyin in treating spleen deficiency diarrhea （persistent diarrhea）. Methods 60 cases of pediatric inpatients and outpatients with spleen deficiency diarrhea in Dongguan City TCM hospital fi＇om 2008 October to 2013 April were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with half bottle of Jianpikaiweiyin , three times a day, 10 days for a course; the control group received 1 tablets of Siliankang, three times a day, 10 days for a course. Clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 83.3%, in control group was 76.7%, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi kaiwei yin can be used to treat spleen deficien- cy diarrhea （persistent diarrhea）with significant curative effect.
