儿癜消治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床观察

Clinical observation of children with anaphylactoid purpura treated with Erdianxiao

目的观察儿癜消治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法对2009年8月至2011年8月诊治的60例过敏性紫癜患儿采用儿癜消并随证加减治疗。结果痊愈42例,好转18例,治愈率为70%,总有效率为100%。结论儿癜消治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erdianxiao in treating pediatric allergic purpura. Methods 60 cases of anaphylactoid purpura children treated from 2009 August to 2011 August with Erdianxiao changed according to syndrome. Results 42 cases were cured, and 18 cases were remarkbly effective, with a cure rate of 70%, a total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of Erdianxiao in the treatment of pediatric anaphylactoid purpura is obviously effective.
