含戊二烯酮结构光敏聚芳醚的合成与表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of novel photosensitive fluorinated poly(arylene ether) containing pentadienone moiety

摘要 利用1,5-二-(4-羟基苯基)-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮、双酚A和全氟联苯合成主链中含有戊二烯酮结构的新型光敏聚芳醚.用1 H-NMR和FT-IR对聚合物结构进行了表征,同时考察了聚合物的溶解性和光敏性.结果显示所得的聚合物具有良好的溶解性,可溶于常用极性溶剂而光照之后不溶于任何溶剂;并具有优异的光敏特性,光照10 min后最大交联程度可达78.4%. The novel photosensitive poly(arylene ether)s(SPAE) containing pentadienone moiety in the main chain were synthesized by 1,5-Bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-pentadiene-3-one,bisphenol A and decafluorobiphenyl.The chemical structures of the resulting polymers were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.Both the solubility and the photosensitivity of the polymers were discussed.The photosensitive poly(arylene ether)s exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents,which were rendered insoluble after phtocrosslinking,and excellent photosensitivity demonstrating high photosensitivity up to 78.4% during short UV irradiation for 10 min.
