摘要 粉煤灰中含有10%左右的未燃尽炭粒,其吸水性大,易风化,强度低,严重制约着粉煤灰的高值化利用。本文采用浮选法进行粉煤灰脱碳处理,通过对粉煤灰理化性质、煤油乳化方法、捕收剂及起泡剂的选择研究,确定粉煤灰浮选药剂及条件为:MR-1型乳化剂较OP-10型乳化剂乳化煤油效果好,最佳捕收剂为煤油,最佳用量为2g/kg,起泡剂2#油最佳量为2g/kg。 Fly ash which contains about 10% of unburnt carbon particle has the properties of high water absorption performance, low strength, easy weathering and low intensity. These properties seriously restricts the use of fly ash efficiently. Flotation method was chosen in this study to the deearbonization process of the coal ash. The best flotation reagent and conditions are determined by the researches of the physical and chemical properties of fly ash, emulsion method of kerosene and the selections of collecting and foaming agents. The optimal conditions are as fol- lowed: The effect of MR - 1 emulsion is better than OP - 10 emulsion. The best collector agent is kerosene,whose optimum amount is 2g/kg. The optimal amount of frother 2 pine oil is 2g/kg.
