摘要
采用勃氏透气仪、激光粒度仪、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法分别对550℃、650℃、750℃、850℃和950℃5个活化温度所得的煤矸石进行了比表面积、粒径分布和矿物成分分析,研究了煅烧温度对煤矸石矿物成分的影响机理。结果表明:550℃和650℃煅烧的煤矸石矿物分解不充分,形成的活性SiO2和Al2O3含量少,煤矸石火山灰活性低;850℃和950℃煅烧的煤矸石,其活性SiO2和Al2O3又重新化合成新的晶体结构,煤矸石活性同样较低;750℃是煤矸石的最佳活化温度,该温度下煤矸石具有最疏松的矿物结构和最高的活性SiO2和Al2O3含量,且该活化温度配制的砂浆性能最优。
The specific surface area, particle size distribution and mineral components of coal gangue by different thermal activation tempera- ture -550℃ ,650℃ ,750℃ ,850℃ and 950℃ - have been analyzed by the methods of Bertrand permeability instrument, laser particle analyzer and XRD, as well as the influence mechanism of calcined temperature on the mineral components of coal gangue. The results show that : the minerals of coal gangue after the temperature of 550℃ and 650℃ has not been fully decomposed, which leads to a low content of active SiO2 and Al2O3 , as well as the low pozzolanic activity of coal gangue; When temperature is risen to 850℃ and 950℃ ,the active SiO2 and Al2O3 would recomposed into a new crystal structure, with a low pozzolanic activity again; The best temperature for the coal gangue activation is 750℃, with the most loose min- eral structures and the highest content of active SiO2 and Al2 O3 , as well as the best properties of mortar.
